CWG Medal Tally Update : India Standing on Second spot at the End of 6th Day

India with 13 Gold to its credit stands 2nd in CWG’s Tabulation chart while Australia is top on the chart list with a total of 21 gold along with 9 silver and 16 bronze to its credit. India along with gold has 9 silver and 8 bronze which makes total of 46 medals won in Men’s side while from the women’s, it has won total number of 15 medals including 7 gold, 5 silver and 3 bronze.

Abhinav Bindra and Gagan Narang snatched first gold for India in the game with record breaking winning point, 1193 in the Men’s 10 mtrs air rifle event. Then there came women Rahi Sarnobat and Anisa Sayeed who snatched gold for the nation in Women’s 25 meters pair’s pistol event. In wrestling, the Indian wrestlers Ravinder Singh, Anil Kumar and Sanjay Kumar added golden glory to India’s gold medal tally with each bagging a gold medal for the nation.
