DDA Housing Scheme 2010 regulated by Delhi Development Authority would open November 25 to December 24, 2010. All the flats are already constructed and they are ready for occupation.

Eligibility

Only those applicants who are citizen of India can qualify for applications. Other mandatory requirements for applicants regarding form applications are ….

  • They must be of 18 years old.
  • They shouldn’t possess any residential flat/plot in full or part on leasehold or free hold basis in any part of Delhi/new Delhi/Delhi Cantonment possessed under their individual name or wife/husband or under the name of their minor or reliant children.
  • Applications for Flats allotments to both husband and wife are subject to fulfillment of their eligibility criteria
  • One person can submit one application only.
  • Applications from applicants who have already been allotted flats constructed by DDA or land owning departments would ground immediate cancellation.

Things To Know:-

  • Applicants must have bank account of any government or private bank that follows KYC standards of Reserve Bank of India regarding such Accounts.
  • Applicants must have their individual PAN cards and it must be quoted on the application form as well.
  • The application forms will not be accepted after the end of stipulated date. The mode of payment for allotment of flats would be on Cash Down basis only.
