India’s tour of England 2011 Full schedule & Series Fixture

India’s tour of England 2011 schedule has been declared by the England cricket board. From 2011 July, India will be on the tour to England. The present form for ODI in England is good and the rating has proved to be amazing due to their high performance level. Currently, India holds Number 1 place in ICC test rankings and the English fans will face a nice time watching matches between India and England from July 2011 to September 2011.

England has been struggling recently with some injuries and their team will be boosted by return of Kevin Pietersen as well as Stuart Broad. The team will rely on the top order as well as captain Andrew Strauss. On the other hand, Indian team will bank on batting line up that has the legendary and popular Sachin Tendulkar with other explosions like Yuvraj, Dhoni and Sehwag.

Presence of Laxman and Dravid in test side will further make India formidable opponent. But their conventional weakness against swing and seam bowling will be the field where England might be targeting. Another spot that English can use to their benefit is evident gap in Indian bowling that has been done by Zaheer and spin bowlers over some years. In all, India has better side and the English team really needs to work very hard to give Indian a tough challenge.

India’s tour of England 2011 also include series of 4 test matches, 5 one day internationals and one Twenty20 game. The tour will begin from 15th July with test series. In the series, the first match will be held on July 21 at London.
