Latest Mobile Phones in India

There is a massive market for mobile phones in India which makes it one of the hottest destinations for most of the mobile companies. All the top mobile products from Nokia, Samsung and even Apple enter into this market with companies hoping for a good show. LG, Videocon and Sony Ericsson are the other players in this market.

Among the latest phones, Nokia leads the race with its low end models like 1662 that cost as less as 1500 rupees. LG’s Bullet Black and Samsung’s guru are other strong competitors in this segment. These phones have many attractive features like FM, recording, dual loudspeakers, Bluetooth and internet HTML browser.

In the middle edition Nokia’s Xpress Music and Sony Ericsson’s walkman series which has been around for quite a while are competing for a pie of the market share. Among the high end mobile phones, the most popular ones are Blackberry pearl, iPhone from Apple, Samsung Corby and Nokia’s 6700 classic. With features like GPRS, USB connector, WAP, 3G and Bluetooth, along with multimedia highlights like polyphonic ringtones, video recording and 5 Mega pixel cameras, these phones are as good as it gets in this segment.

Amongst the latest and cheapest 3G phones, Nokia’s 3120 classic, Sony Ericsson’s G502 with web browsing through mouse pointer and animated themes with Flashlite  and LG’s KU250 are locking horns with each other.

HTC’s high end touch screen phones with amazing camera quality, internet and email options, the market for high tech phones is wide open.
